Senior Consultant (M/F) – Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity & Operational Resilience business unit is composed of a multi-skilled collective of more than 1000 employees worldwide (France, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Belgium, Luxembourg or even Morocco) that combines functional, sectoral, and technical expertise allowing it to cover more than 1000 missions in about twenty countries.

The objective of these committed teams is to contribute to positioning Wavestone as a trusted partner for its clients in their most ambitious technological and organizational transformations. We address large French and international accounts in all sectors of activity: banking, energy, transport, luxury, services, public sectors.

As part of the growth of our Geneva office, we are looking for talent to strengthen our team dedicated to supporting our clients on issues related to Cybersecurity.

Depending on your expertise, you will be required to advise our clients as an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant on various topics such as:

• Artificial Intelligence security and management of risks related to its use
• Identity and access management (IAM, PAM, MFA, etc.)
• Infrastructure and cloud security (IAAS, AD, industrial SI, etc.)
• Cyber strategy and governance
• Risk analysis and risk management
• Data protection and compliance
• Cyber awareness
• Operational resilience
• Crisis management and crisis exercises
• Application security (DevSecOps, API security)
• Support for the implementation and improvement of a SOC
• Security audits and penetration tests

MISSIONS/ROLE

Within our cybersecurity offering, you will be required to:

• Master one or more technical or functional subject(s) mentioned above;
• Intervene on technical missions such as the securing of cloud environments (M365/AWS/Google Cloud) or digital solutions;
• Design, plan, and manage cybersecurity projects or programs, in direct contact with your clients (independently or supported by a Senior Manager / Partner);
• Supervise less experienced employees in the missions under your responsibility;
• Promote the skill development of young consultants by transmitting your know-how;
• Maintain a relationship of trust with your client while conducting projects under responsibility, managing planning, risks, and resources;
• Be an actor in the commercial development of the firm: detecting opportunities, participating in pre-sales meetings (pitches, qualification, presentations), contributing to commercial proposals;
• Provide your knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of convictions within one of the Geneva office's offerings and enable the firm to develop its Knowledge Management activities;
• Get involved in other internal initiatives participating in the development of the Geneva office: role of Career Development Manager (proximity manager), recruitment activities, practice performance management, organizing training...

• You have a strong interest in the consulting profession and can demonstrate 3 to 5 years of successful experience on IT transformation or Cybersecurity topics (a first experience in the consulting world or in a large group in Switzerland is highly valued) with a computer science background allowing you to interact with technical interlocutors (cyber architects, operational security, developers, etc.)
• Your professional career has allowed you to develop a good understanding of one or more of the following topics: cloud security, soc, security architecture, application and infrastructure security, identity and access management, digital trust services, encryption, ...
• You demonstrate autonomy in conducting your missions and are able to prioritize your actions in a multi-tasking context
• You are a true Team Player with strong leadership capable of uniting multidisciplinary teams. You will know how to manage by example and grow your team by transmitting your knowledge and skills
• Your intellectual curiosity allows you to quickly understand the specificities of our clients. You possess a sharp critical and analytical mind, very good interpersonal skills, writing ease, and a pronounced sense of service and excellence.
• You have a Master's degree in Switzerland (major engineering school or university in computer science or cybersecurity) and speak English fluently
