Finance Specialist (Controlling/Consolidation) 50-60% (w/m/d) Main tasks: Reviewing and plausibility checking of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of all seven group companies (according to IFRS standard) Preparation of the consolidated financial statements (consolidation) Controlling tasks as well as ad hoc analyses for the headquarters and group-wide Monitoring local accounting firms and accompanying external auditing firms or regulatory inspections at all group companies Further tasks: Management of the group-wide budgeting and medium-term planning process Maintenance and expansion of the internal control system; conducting internal audits in the branches Preparation and monitoring of commercial and tax documents and transactions, as well as preparation of transfer pricing documentation Preparation and minute-taking of the Board of Directors meetings Deputy functions in the finance team What you bring with you: A completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling/accounting or a commercial basic training with further training in the finance sector Practical experience in IFRS, consolidation, controlling, accounting or auditing, preferably in an international company Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working as well as a high degree of confidentiality Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are a prerequisite, any further language is an advantage Your working time scheduling is flexible depending on the workload during the closing or budgeting process Possibly willingness to travel of approx. 10% (depending on the needs of the branches) We offer: A versatile and challenging activity in a solid, successful company A collegial team in a small, very international group A corporate culture with appreciative interaction Good social benefits, flexible working hours, parking space, E-mobility charging stations Interested?
