For our Social Pedagogical Community (SPG) in Baden AG, we are looking for a: Dipl. Social Pedagogue or Dipl. Psychiatric Nursing Specialist, 80% workload, starting 1. July 2026 or by agreement. In the SPG in Baden, we offer a residential program for eight adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 with psychiatric indications. You will support the adolescents and their systems with your pedagogical experience and skills in successfully mastering their developmental tasks. Area of responsibility • Supervision of adolescents in everyday life • Case management of two adolescents • Ensuring cooperation and communication with parents, school, and authorities • Developing progress reports, conducting conversations, and participating in progress discussions Your profile • Completed training in Social Pedagogy HF, Social Work FH, or Dipl.
