Pioneers wanted! The Kinder Dörfli Lütisburg cares for and supports behaviorally disturbed, normally gifted children and adolescents between the ages of 7 and 17. Our institution consists of various living groups and a school offer with all levels as well as individual support. The Kinder Dörfli has committed itself to trauma pedagogy, because it is important to us to offer the people in the Kinder Dörfli a safe place. We are further developing our intensive living group Arve and are looking for the following as of 01. September 2026 or by agreement: Specialists HF/FH in Social Work (Social Pedagogy, Social Work) or Psychiatric Nursing Specialists HF/FH 60% - 80% Your tasks • Team culture: You communicate openly and see mistakes in yourself and others as an opportunity to improve the quality of work • Coordination: You represent the common pedagogical view at site discussions, work with relatives and external offices (doctors, clinics, authorities, etc.) and help to develop viable solutions. • Crisis management: You accompany children and adolescents in crisis situations. In these, you offer them a safe place, process crisis situations in team vessels, and actively work on solutions. • Diagnostics, reference person work: You lead and organize processes for understanding the cases of children and adolescents and remain process-open. You negotiate target and fine goals with the children and adolescents and create reports. You work out follow-up solutions with the children and adolescents and the help network. • Further development: You further develop the intensive living group with us - conceptually, ideationally, and organizationally.
