80 - 100 % Bülach 01.12.2026 permanent Spital Bülach is growing - grow with us. ### Responsibilities • Technical, personnel and organizational leadership of the Cardiology department with the focus themes: General Cardiology, heart failure, pacemaker implantations, cardiac imaging (CT, MRI) as well as outpatient rehabilitation • Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based and economical cardiological care for the Zürcher Unterland • Further development of the outpatient and inpatient service offering as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic processes • Promotion, coaching and development of the physicians and medical staff as well as active participation in training and further education • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the hospital's specialist departments, participation in the on-call service of the Klinik Medizin as well as partnership-based networking with general practitioners, referrers and regional partners • Co-shaping the strategic further development of the Klinik Medizin and the cardiological care in the Zürcher Unterland Requirements • Specialist title Cardiology as well as specialist title General Internal Medicine or equivalent recognized qualification • Several years of clinical experience with proven expertise in outpatient and inpatient cardiology • Integrative leadership competencies as well as enjoyment in promoting employees and living a value- and strength-oriented leadership culture • High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced understanding of quality and service Plus points PD Dr. Manuel Fischler Chefarzt Medizin With its 170 beds and around 1'200 employees, Spital Bülach ensures the medical care of 180'000 people in the Zürcher Unterland and the adjacent regions.
