Polymechanic CNC Production 100% # Employment: 100% Location: Ebikon Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 28.07.2026 Your tasks: • Independent setting up, programming and operating modern CNC turning and milling machines • Manufacture of precision parts based on technical drawings and manufacturing documents • Optimization of existing CNC programs to increase quality and efficiency • Preparation of tools, clamping devices and operating resources for manufacturing orders • Carrying out quality controls as well as measurement of the manufactured workpieces • Documentation of production data and feedback in the ERP system • Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and active participation in the continuous improvement process • Carrying out simple maintenance work as well as rectifying small technical malfunctions • Close cooperation with production planning, design and quality assurance • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and production standards Your profile: • Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic or comparable technical basic training • Professional experience in CNC machining, ideally in turning and milling • Experience in programming or adapting CNC programs • Knowledge of common CNC controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc is an advantage • Confident handling of measuring instruments and technical drawing interpretation • Good PC user skills as well as experience with ERP systems is an advantage • Independent, exact and responsible way of working • Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of modern manufacturing technologies What you can expect: • Modern production environment with innovative manufacturing technologies • Varied and responsible activity • Independent work with a lot of creative freedom • Collegial team and short decision-making paths • Attractive employment conditions as well as progressive social benefits • Individual training and development opportunities • Long-term perspective in a successful industrial company Are you interested?
