Ms. Larissa Huber, Deputy Ward Manager, offers you an attractive position with a workload of 80-100% immediately or by arrangement as Vocational Trainer / Vocational Trainer Healthcare Specialist on the interdisciplinary private ward 1 If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Professional guidance as well as targeted promotion and development of FaGe apprentices, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually tailored to the learning process • Together with the apprentices, ensure competent and holistic nursing and care of our patients and create diverse learning opportunities in everyday work, predominantly in the early shift • Actively participate in the further development of training within the ward management team and contribute educationally relevant topics • Together with the vocational training team, further develop training on the ward and strengthen the nursing team in supporting the FaGe apprentices • Continuously further develop your own vocational pedagogical competence through professional exchange, networking and active participation in the training network Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg.
