Your working environment: You will join the Operations Management, responsible for steering the construction sites of all Alpenda projects. Its mission is to guarantee a high level of requirements in terms of quality, safety, environmental respect, as well as control of deadlines and budgets. Our specialized teams intervene on various projects, in both new construction and renovation, in the residential and functional sectors. As a Project Manager, you ensure the technical management and the smooth running of the project. You also ensure the good representation of the company and are a true field leader, recognized for your versatility and your ability to unite different stakeholders. Project Manager M/F Your responsibilities and missions: • You organize, supervise, and support the teams assigned to the project • You ensure general planning and the steering of works in compliance with the set objectives. • You participate in project meetings with the Client and ensure the follow-up of decisions as well as the associated documentation • You maintain and develop relationships with the Client, mandatories, companies, and authorities • You analyze calls for tenders, compare bids, and steer the adjudication process. You support teams in negotiations with companies and partners • You supervise the establishment of contracts, amendments, and contractual documents • You ensure the financial follow-up of the project, including budget management, cost control, validation of payment situations, and the establishment of the final account Why not you? • Have you obtained a degree as an ETS, HES or EPF architect, building or civil engineering draftsman, building engineer or a title deemed equivalent? • Have you benefited from training in construction management or project management? • Do you justify at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a Total or General Contractor? • Do you benefit from a first successful experience in Switzerland in a similar role? • Do you possess solid technical, financial, planning, and quality control knowledge acquired through your experiences? • Is your ability to unite, coordinate, and support teams recognized? • Does your experience in contractual management, in negotiation with companies and partners, as well as in steering calls for tenders, constitute a real asset? • Are you ready to invest yourself in this project located in the canton of Valais?
