This includes all maintenance: • Organization and realization of maintenance and repairs • Troubleshooting and repair of installations • Optimization of installation functions and existing maintenance processes • Implementation of process improvements in close collaboration with internal departments It is not just about superficial repairs, but about finding a sustainable solution to a problem and advancing it proactively from planning to implementation. Your profile • Completed apprenticeship in the mechanical/technical field • Long-term experience in the maintenance of machines and production installations • Reading and understanding of technical plans as well as electrical diagrams • Great interest and appropriate knowledge in technology • Good to very good oral skills in German (B1/B2) • You are versatile and work autonomously and responsibly • It is not about short-term repairs, but about questioning and sustainably optimizing complex processes.
