Team Leader Maternity Ward / Midwife (80-100%)

This is what you will do ## • Responsibility for ensuring holistic care and support for pregnant women, mothers in labor, and newborns as well as their relatives • Leadership and organization of the maternity ward in tandem with a dedicated and motivated team of around 25 midwives (including outpatient consultations at the SZB location and gynecological emergencies outside office hours) • Project coordination and management for renewals/developments in the women's clinic • Optimization and co-design of professional development in the women's clinic through targeted use of working groups • Shared responsibility for ensuring the training mandate for students and achieving goals with employees in further education • Promotion of constructive teamwork and interface areas between the women's clinic/children's clinic and external partners This is what sets you apart ## • Diploma as a midwife HF/FH with several years of practical experience in the maternity ward • Leadership experience is an advantage • Social competence and empathy for professional and humane interaction, even in complex situations • High sense of responsibility with strong organizational skills, structured approach to work, and economic action • Open and winning personality with high patient orientation, promoting appreciative communication and good collaboration with various professional groups • Native language German or French and good knowledge of the other language (at least B1) This is what you will benefit from ## • Attractive working conditions: Flexible working hours and wishes are taken into account as far as possible and can be organized in the management circle.
