FIXED position. Day shifts. CNC Workshop Manager CFC Polymécanicien, ES Technician in mechanics or training deemed equivalent. Solid experience in CNC machining in a watchmaking, microtechnical or precision components environment. Mastery of settings, programming and machining optimizations; knowledge of Alphacam and/or FANUC appreciated. Confirmed experience in team supervision or real potential for hands-on management. Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines. Simple, natural and unifying leadership, with clear communication and a strong field presence. Dynamic, autonomous, structured personality oriented towards continuous improvement. Field-oriented, dynamic and capable of making operational decisions Organize and manage the daily activity of the CNC workshop, ensuring the monitoring of the production plan, priorities and deadlines. Supervise, support and develop the skills of a stable and collaborative team of approximately 12 people. Provide direct technical support on the ground: settings, programming, fine-tuning, optimization and resolution of machining issues. Program and optimize machining on CNC machines, notably via Alphacam and FANUC / Robodrill controls. Guarantee human and technical versatility on the machine park in order to ensure production continuity. Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flows and working methods. Collaborate with support services and be the field relay to production, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
