For our customers in the field of civil and road construction, we are looking for an experienced and responsible foreman in road construction, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description

In this responsible role, you will lead and coordinate construction sites independently. You will schedule the construction site personnel, lead your team, and ensure that material, machines, and equipment are available on schedule.

You will supervise the execution of the work according to plans and specifications, ensure quality, and pay attention to compliance with deadlines as well as current safety regulations. As a contact person for site management, clients, and your team, you contribute significantly to the successful progress of the projects. With your organizational talent and your solution-oriented way of working, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations.

Requirement Profile

You have completed vocational training in construction as well as further training as a foreman. Additionally, you bring several years of professional experience in road or civil engineering and have already been able to gain initial leadership experience.

You work in an organized manner, take responsibility, and convince with your reliable and solution-oriented nature. Good German language skills in spoken and written form are required. A driving license of category B is an advantage.
