Watchmaker Test Manager H/F Job description: Supervise watchmaker test activities and ensure their proper functioning Accompany, support, and train operators in their tasks Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and deadlines. Manage the tools and consumables necessary for the activity. Participate in the evaluation of collaborators and contribute to their development by taking part in interviews and exchanges. Be a local relay, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
