Sales Engineer (M/F)

Main missions of this position: You are the main point of contact for post-installation clients to define needs with them You ensure the compliance of the completed installations You propose any improvement, extension or complement to our clients and act as a consulting force You are responsible for the quality of services provided and measure customer satisfaction You are regularly present in the field in order to participate in meetings and site reviews You are in charge of the proper functioning of the services and contracts assigned to you You are in charge of a perimeter covering Suisse Romande You are our candidate if: An initial experience of the Swiss market You have 5 years or more of experience in activities related to Security (Safety, security, Mobile Security, remote monitoring, technology) You have confirmed experience in the commercial management of demanding clients You possess a developed technological culture, whether in a general way or in connection with electronic security (cameras, video surveillance, alarms and access control). You are a structured, versatile and organized person, you have the ability to manage several subjects in parallel, you know how to manage your priorities and have a sense of timing.
