Your tasks at your new employer • You lead the quality management system as a whole and actively contribute to its evolution in order to guarantee process compliance, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of the company's performance • You collaborate closely with the different departments in order to develop a true quality culture, to support teams in good practices, and to strengthen the mastery of internal and external requirements • You coordinate audits, analyze quality indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement concrete actions allowing for the sustainable optimization of the organization's processes • You act as a privileged interlocutor with external partners and customers on subjects related to quality, while consolidating a relationship of trust based on operational excellence • You participate in the company's strategic reflections and bring your expertise to support decisions related to compliance, performance, and the improvement of working methods You offer your new employer • You hold a technical training in an industrial field completed by a specialization or recognized expertise in quality management and quality systems • You have proven experience in a similar function and in-depth knowledge of continuous improvement approaches as well as quality management systems constitutes a real advantage • You master common office tools such as Microsoft Office and you are comfortable with management software, computerized quality systems as well as data tracking and analysis tools • You demonstrate leadership, listening skills, an analytical mind, and excellent interpersonal skills while enjoying cross-functional work and exchanges with various interlocutors Have we aroused your interest?
