• Carrying out maintenance work and repairs on forklift trucks • Working on used vehicles, new vehicles, and customer vehicles • Ordering spare parts in the spare parts warehouse • Carrying out final inspections • Technical inspections and quality controls on provided vehicles • Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness in all workshop areas • Completing various administrative tasks in the office • Creating cost estimates • Deputizing for the workshop management • Technical instruction and support for workshop employees • Extended point of contact for the internal service • Processing delivered materials and vehicles • Training employees in workshop procedures • Occasional work assignments outside the service workshop by arrangement • Contributing to projects and optimizations in the workshop area
