The company relies on production teams in the workshop and a field culture marked by the demand for quality and daily reactivity. As part of the development of its HR function, it has mandated us to search for its future Business Partner RH (100%) *A local HR partner for production teams and their managers* Vos responsabilités : Reporting to the HR Manager, you are the local interlocutor for managers and production teams. You contribute to defining and deploying high-performance, innovative, and engaging human resources management. You manage the recruitment of technical and production profiles, while accompanying, advising, and challenging managers in the management of complex situations, in compliance with Swiss labor law. You take charge of welcoming new employees, the preparation and follow-up of the integration process, as well as end-of-probation period interviews. You also ensure the follow-up of activities related to the employee life cycle and ensure the field deployment of policies defined at the group level. You facilitate internal training workshops on HR processes and contribute to various internal projects, particularly those related to the evolution of HR policies and practices. Finally, you provide backup for the HR manager regarding absence management and the entry of payroll variables. Votre profil : With the benefit of a federal diploma in Human Resources management or an equivalent training, you have approximately five years of confirmed experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally acquired in an industrial or production environment. You have developed solid field experience in supporting individuals and groups within a demanding and constantly evolving sector. Autonomous, positive, and dynamic, you demonstrate a true team spirit while being solution-oriented and proactive. Your analytical capacity, agility, and adaptability allow you to deal with the unexpected and keep your calm when priorities accelerate. You know how to challenge accurately, in a direct and constructive manner, in order to move situations and teams forward. You have good knowledge of Swiss labor law and reside in Switzerland.
