Expert:in Anästhesiepflege NDS HF 80 - 100% In this challenging function, you will significantly contribute to patient safety and the quality of our clinical processes.   Your challenge ## • Specialist care: You ensure the professional care and monitoring of our patients before, during and after anesthesiological interventions • Collaborative specialist management: In close, interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical staff, you perform anesthetics independently and in accordance with regulations • Broad spectrum: Your field of activity extends across the entire breadth of surgery, including demanding tasks in obstetrics and in the shock room • Quality development: We count on your participation in specialist projects for the continuous optimization of our standards Your profile ## We are looking for a loyal specialist who brings the following qualifications: • Formal qualification: a completed postgraduate study (NDS HF) in anesthesia nursing as well as solid practical experience in the acute care sector • Personal maturity: a dutiful, resilient and reflective way of working as well as a high degree of team orientation • Linguistic precision: stylistically correct German in word and writing for seamless documentation and communication • Commitment: the willingness to actively contribute to our shift model and take on responsibility.
