Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent, recognized training • Completed, ongoing or willingness for studies in Nursing Science MScN with specialization APN/ CNS/ Mental Health or MAS Gerontologiepflege • Solid knowledge in interRAI LTCF (RAI Expert an advantage) • Several years of experience in the specialist field of psychiatry, geriatrics or medicine • Experience in the development of concepts, guidelines and instructions as well as an open, innovative personality with a sense of responsibility.
