RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organization with around 130 employees, which ensures outpatient nursing and care for the inhabitants of Dietikon Schlieren and Urdorf. To complement our team, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant or Assistant in Health and Social Care (f/m/d) (20-50%) no night shifts, workload selectable between 20% and 50%. Your versatile tasks: You nurse and care for our customers in their own four walls; You promote independence and self-responsibility within the framework of the individual possibilities of the customers; You work together with various professional groups; You perform administrative tasks. The assignments usually take place part-time (mornings or evenings) as well as on weekends. Your competencies: Completed training as a Nursing Assistant or Assistant in Health and Social Care; You have already been able to gain Spitex experience (mandatory); You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys approaching people; You bring good communication skills as well as confident handling of mobile nursing documentation (smartphone); You think in networks, work independently and responsibly; You possess very good German skills (at least B2 level); Driver's license category B or the willingness to travel by e-bike.
