In this versatile function, you make a significant contribution to a safe working environment, support departments with your expertise and actively drive the continuous development of occupational safety and health and environmental protection. Your tasks in detail: Competent contact person for managers and employees in all questions of occupational safety and health and environmental protection (ASGS) and support in the perception of their responsibility Conducting systematic risk assessments together with the departments and deriving and monitoring suitable safety measures Creation of operating instructions and conduct of practical training to promote a sustainable safety culture Ensuring compliance with safety standards through regular safety inspections and analysis and processing of accident reports Active support of the quality and environmental management departments in the implementation of internal standards and continuous improvement measures Participation in internal and external audits and support in their preparation, implementation and follow-up Creation of a target-group-oriented reporting and transparent communication of relevant key figures, developments and measures Collaboration in the continuous development of processes, standards and safety concepts in an industrial environment What you should bring Federal specialist certificate as a specialist ASGS (m/w/d) or a recognized qualification in the field of Health & Safety, such as a safety engineer (m/w/d), SiBe or ASA specialist (m/w/d) Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, health and environmental protection in an industrial environment In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards, in particular VUV, EKAS and ISO 45001 Technical basic training with further education at the HF or FH level in a technical field Distinct technical understanding of production processes and their safety-relevant requirements Ability to convey complex facts in a understandable way and to sensitize different stakeholder groups for safety and health topics Confident appearance, high self-initiative, organizational talent and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Very good German language skills (at least level C1), good English language skills (at least level B2) and ideally experience in handling digital tools for safety monitoring and documentation What we offer 40-hour week (plus 1 hour of overtime for bridge days) depending on age 5 - 6 weeks of vacation in the event of illness 100% continued pay for up to 730 days industry-specific salary (annual external salary comparison according to function and age) Promotion of needs-based further training CONTACT DETAILS Responsible contact person: Badertscher For questions about your application, please use the contact form.
