Polymechanic CNC cylindrical grinding with process optimization

Activity + set up, program and operate Studer S31 and S41 CNC cylindrical grinding machines + grind individual parts and small series with high quality standards + select and set up clamping devices, grinding wheels and process parameters + ensure dimensional accuracy including form and position tolerances according to drawing + optimize grinding processes regarding cycle time, surface quality and tool life • Requirements + Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ manufacturing or comparable qualification + several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, preferably on Studer S31/S41 + independent and precise way of working with a focus on quality + team player, reliable and motivated personality • Offer + varied activity with modern machines + possibility for process optimization and independent work + a motivated team and collegial working atmosphere
