The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and accompaniment of vulnerable people in their physical and psychological integrity throughout their life process. Following the internal promotion of the post holder, we are looking to complete our team, for our L’ARCADE structure in Orbe, comprising a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) and a Senior Colocation: Accompaniment Manager (F/H/D) Permanent contract between 80% and 100% - L’ARCADE As an accompaniment manager, your management is anchored in the Person-Centred Approach model. This model aims to maintain, promote and improve the quality of life. As such, you are guaranteeing the quality of services and ensuring that the Saphir strategy is not only known but also applied by all professionals in the establishment for which you are responsible. You pilot and guarantee the proper functioning of the structure within your field of intervention. Expert in the field of accompaniment, you will provide support and advice to the team to manage complex situations, while contributing to the implementation of institutional projects in connection with People, their families/loved ones and professionals. You are responsible for the organization, planning, logistics of transport and coordination of accompaniment services, while ensuring certain interventions yourself according to the needs in the structure. You attach particular importance to setting up rigorous and authentic supervision so that professionals can evolve and integrate new practices until they reach an optimal level of autonomy and mastery of exemplary practices. YOUR CAREER - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You have a HES/ES diploma in educator or sociocultural animator You have confirmed management experience and a CAS in management is an asset. Your practice is focused on the «person-centred» approach and you know its peculiarities. Your leadership is natural, you know how to take responsibilities and risks. You encourage dialogue and initiatives and involve teams in decision-making.
