Together, we are working today on the solutions for tomorrow, in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.   This is what you will do: • You process and coordinate central HR administration processes along the employee life cycle, from entries and mutations to exits, absences, as well as work permits • You take on demanding special cases and provide support for issues related to Swiss social insurance, payroll-relevant processes, HR systems, and regulatory requirements • You ensure a high quality of HR master data and coordinate relevant data and processes with all relevant stakeholders • You support the HR Services team with technical questions, coordinate priorities, and contribute to a reliable service quality, clear responsibilities, and efficient processes • You identify optimization potential and are part of local and global HR Services projects, particularly in the areas of standardization, digitalization, and automation   What you bring with you: • Several years of practical experience in Swiss personnel administration and a sound understanding of relevant HR and social insurance topics, as well as a completed basic education with further training in HRM, e.g., as an HR-Fachfrau/-mann with federal diploma • Good knowledge of Swiss payroll processes, year-end tasks, as well as the interfaces to authorities, insurance companies, pension funds, and internal stakeholders • Experience in process optimization, HR transformation, documentation, or service delivery, as well as enjoyment in critically questioning and actively developing existing processes • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors and ideally experience as a key user, as well as a high affinity for data and very good Excel skills • You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills Why Comet?
