Nursing Professional in Night Shift (100%)   Requirements • Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH • Several years of professional experience • Psychiatric experience is an advantage • Knowledge of RAI is an advantage • IT user skills (CareCoach, MS-Office, etc.) • Self-responsibility and assertiveness • Commitment and resilience • Independent and careful way of working • Enthusiasm for working in the night shift • Communicative and team-oriented competencies • Good German language skills in speaking and writing   Area of responsibility • Professional nursing and care of the residents during the night • Implementation of planned nursing measures and individual nursing planning • Monitoring of vital signs as well as implementation of medical controls (measuring blood sugar, preparing and administering medication, etc.) • Ensuring night rest as well as support with sleep disorders or unforeseen events • Documentation of nursing processes and handover of relevant information to the day shift • Support in emergencies and cooperation with doctors and specialists • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards   AnsbachCare offers you an attractive and challenging working environment in an innovative and future-oriented company.
