Carpenter (M/F) Your professional responsibilities will include: Shaping and machining: Cutting, machining, profiling, and assembling various wood and derivative elements (furniture, interior fittings, interior joinery). Reading plans: Autonomous interpretation of manufacturing plans and Swiss technical data sheets (including CAD/CAM) Use of machines: Setting up and operating conventional and digital (CNC) workshop machines High-precision finishing: Sanding, veneering, meticulous adjustments, and surface preparation before treatment. Quality control: Verifying the compliance of manufactured parts and respecting imposed production deadlines. Selection of materials (wood species, derivative panels, hardware) according to the project and technical constraints. Your profile: Training: You hold a CFC in Carpentry, a CFC in Cabinetmaking, or a title deemed equivalent. Experience: You have significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar workshop position (knowledge of the Swiss market and standards is a serious asset). Technical skills: You are autonomous, precise, and possess excellent plan reading skills as well as perfect mastery of workshop tools.
