For our Test Center in Buchs ZH within the Technical Services department, we are looking for a structured, organizationally strong and technically savvy personality to actively support our team as Coordinator Test Center (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Factory shipments of defective parts are organized and monitored • Customer & partner support: You answer written and telephone inquiries as well as tickets from the partner network • Repair & logistics: You coordinate repairs of tools and operating equipment, monitor external orders and process incoming goods as well as returns. In addition, you check testing equipment and create calibration certificates • Equipment & systems: You provide diagnostic devices, look after workshop equipment and support technical topics and field measures What you bring with you ## • Experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in the automotive technical environment and have ideally already worked in a coordinative or cross-functional role • Education / Further training: You have completed basic automotive technical training supplemented by commercial or logistical further training. Forklift license is an advantage • Digital Skills: You use M365 applications and SAP securely in everyday life and bring a high IT affinity, SIZ certificate is an advantage • Language skills: You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and ideally also have knowledge of French • Personality Fit: You keep an overview even with many parallel cases, prioritize cleanly, recognize connections quickly and communicate clearly with various stakeholders Do you think we could fit together? ## Then we look forward to your online application.
