Joining CIEPP means joining a trusted institution and contributing every day to the financial security of thousands of people. ### Job Description In a constantly evolving environment, our Pension Fund ensures a rigorous application of the legal and regulatory framework of occupational providence. In order to strengthen our legal expertise, we are looking for a Jurist who will actively contribute to the securing of our activities, the support of operational sectors and the promotion of our institutional know-how. Your mission: You guarantee regulatory compliance and the legal security of CIEPP's activities. In this capacity, you put your expertise at the service of the different sectors of the institution, support strategic projects and contribute to the defense of the Fund's interests. Your main tasks: * Ensure continuous legal monitoring in the field of occupational providence, analyze legal and jurisprudential developments, and ensure their integration into the practices, procedures and documents of CIEPP. * Provide legal advice to the different sectors of CIEPP, draft legal opinions, positions and recommendations in order to secure the decisions and activities of the Fund. * Analyze individual situations and determine rights to disability and death benefits in accordance with the applicable legal, regulatory and statutory provisions. * Ensure the processing and follow-up of litigation files and judicial procedures, notably through the drafting of necessary pleadings. * Coordinate exchanges with external legal counsel and authorities, in order to guarantee the consistency of the positions defended by CIEPP. * Contribute to knowledge sharing by training employees and leading specialized interventions. * Participate in cross-functional projects and organizational developments, notably in the fields of information systems, artificial intelligence and benefits development, by providing legal expertise adapted to the challenges of CIEPP and ensuring the compliance of the solutions implemented. ### Profile sought Your qualifications: * Master's degree in law (bar exam an asset). * Federal certificate in social insurance or in LPP, or confirmed experience and expertise in the field of occupational providence and social insurance. * Mastery of German. Your skills: * Excellent writing as well as analysis, synthesis and popularization skills. * Rigor, sense of organization and priority management. * Ability to formulate reasoned positions. * Collaborative spirit and solution orientation. * Ability to work independently while developing relationships of trust with internal and external partners.
