With you, we will always find the best solution.   Make a difference • You lead, motivate and develop the driving staff of your team, you ensure a pleasant working environment and you strengthen the performance and availability of your team through individual interviews and regular team meetings. • You ensure that the personnel resources for the transport service are made available on time and at a high level of quality. You accompany the members of your team throughout the HR life cycle, from recruitment and integration to individual development and departure. • You also support them in difficult situations such as illness or absences. Furthermore, you always keep an eye on the relevant key figures such as absences, turnover and time balances, and you derive optimization measures from them. • You are responsible for the functioning of operations on site and ensure its smooth running. If necessary, you also intervene with other internal stakeholders in order to ensure efficient and coordinated operation management. • You plan and coordinate measures in stop and construction site management, you take into account deviations and changes to stops, you collaborate with internal and external partners and you manage the stop management system. • In addition to your management tasks, you personally perform transport services, whether according to a fixed schedule or to compensate for a punctual lack of resources.   What you bring • For this position, you have completed a professional training (CFC). In addition, you hold the federal diploma of specialist in team driving, an equivalent qualification or you plan to obtain it in the near future. • You have experience in tasks related to infrastructure (construction, operation, processes) and you have a good understanding of aspects related to safety in the public space. • Thanks to your communication skills, you bring people together, you conduct exchanges on an equal footing and you find viable solutions even in difficult situations. • You are able to manage conflicts and you demonstrate professionalism and confidence in negotiations and interviews with staff, driving managers, representatives of the CoPe and/or social partners. • In addition, you hold a category D driver's license. • You have very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of a second national language is an asset.
