For one of our clients, we are looking for a construction foreman / construction supervisor (m/f). Your future tasks: You will be responsible for conventional formwork. You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting. You will take over the shelling and unshelling of walls, ceilings and stairs. You will be responsible for concreting and compacting the concrete. Distribution of work to each team member Monitoring of work progress Leadership of the production meeting every morning Review of plans and preparation of work for the next day Review of daily hourly reports You will ensure that the applicable safety standards are observed. Your profile: You have proven experience in the construction industry in Switzerland or abroad. You have good German language skills. You are independent and versatile. You have proven experience in team leadership. You have preferably completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer, training as a foreman or supervisor or a similar certificate.
