Locksmith Emergency Technician (m/f)

Your mission ###

You intervene directly at our clients' locations to ensure emergency repair and locksmithing services, notably:

• Diagnosing breakdowns and performing necessary repairs.
• Replacement and repair of locks, cylinders and closing systems.
• Intervention on different types of doors and locking systems.
• Emergency repair and maintenance of garage doors.
• Ensuring professional customer service and presenting maintenance contracts
• Occasional support to workshop colleagues

Profile sought ###

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Switzerland, in this field
• Indispensable experience in an emergency repair service (locksmithing, closing, doors, etc.).
• Solid knowledge in locksmithing and closing systems.
• Good mastery of garage doors and their electric motorizations.
• Autonomous, organized and capable of working alone in the field.
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
• Driving license indispensable.
• Good presentation and professional attitude.
• Fluent French.
