About the role ##

As a salesperson, you will work closely with the boutique manager, actively participating in welcoming a passionate clientele while ensuring the daily management of the point of sale. You will join a young and human-sized team within which you can develop valuable versatility by participating in both customer advice, operational management, and exclusive boutique events.

Tasks ##

The position combines direct sales in a luxury boutique, administrative and logistical management, as well as support for digital and event communication.

• Customer welcome and advice: Welcome a passionate clientele, tell the story of the watch creations and establish long-term relationships of trust
• Operational management of the boutique: Participate in stock monitoring and ensure administrative follow-up as well as after-sales service
• Events and Communication: Contribute to the organization of boutique events (afterworks, workshops) and interact with the community on social networks.

We are looking for ##

• Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Very good mastery of English, both spoken and written
• Successful experience in the luxury or hospitality sector
• Great interest in the world of watchmaking
• Good organization and capacity to learn
• Ease with IT tools and cash management systems

An asset if you possess

• Mastery of Arabic (Middle East)
• Specific knowledge in watchmaking
