To strengthen our philanthropy team, we are looking for a motivated personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, as: Senior Global Impact Manager - Major Donors & Legate 80%-100% What you will do • You will further develop the fundraising strategy for Major Donors and HNWI and be responsible for your own portfolio of individual and major donors. • You are responsible for budget, revenue targets, and forecasting, and you ensure the regular review of target achievement. • You win new funding partners and build long-term, trusting relationships. • You take on technical responsibility for the Legate area, develop it strategically and technically, and accompany interested persons as well as estate settlements with empathy and professionalism. • You develop individual financing solutions, requests, and presentations, and make the impact of our programs visible. • You maintain the CRM consistently and work closely with Marketing, Programs, Finance, as well as international World Vision teams. You will impress us with • a university degree or comparable training as well as several years of experience in Major Donor, HNWI, or Relationship Fundraising; experience in the Legate area is an advantage. • a winning, empathetic, and convincing personality as well as joy in building long-term relationships at eye level. • a strong will for fundraising and success, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a good affinity for numbers. • high initiative, efficiency, and the willingness to take on responsibility. • confident handling of CRM systems and the ability to prepare complex content precisely and convincingly. • very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French is a plus. • joy in networking and personal encounters, as well as ideally an existing network in the philanthropic environment.
