Your tasks: • Leadership, organization and further development of the nursing team on the ward • Ensuring professional and high-quality patient care according to current nursing and medical standards • Planning and controlling personnel deployment, taking into account capacities, qualifications and operational requirements • Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist departments • Contact person for patients and relatives to ensure the best possible care • Implementation and assurance of quality and hygiene standards as well as continuous optimization of workflows • Support and accompaniment of employees in their professional and personal development through training, coaching and feedback discussions • Carrying out and monitoring administrative processes such as documentation, reporting and evaluation of nursing services • Participation in projects for the further development of nursing quality and the implementation of new concepts Your profile: • Completed training as a Dipl.
