Internship 3-6 months (subsequent permanent employment possible) MareaShop brings the carefree feeling of the Mediterranean directly into the heart of Luzern. In our boutique, everything revolves around flowing linen fabrics, exclusive boho-chic fashion, and handcrafted jewelry. For our store, we are looking for a creative, open, and style-conscious personality who inspires our customers and also presents our brand perfectly in a digital setting. Your tasks in the store & behind the scenes Sales & Customer Experience Warm consultation: You welcome our customers with a smile, advise them with style confidence, and ensure that shopping with us becomes a little mini-vacation. Store presence: You manage the cash register, process payments, and support goods receipt, quality control, and price labeling. Visual Merchandising: Do you love aesthetics? Perfect. You help to present our collections, linen dresses, and jewelry pieces beautifully and in a sales-promoting manner in the shop. Social Media & Content Creation Digital Storytelling: You bring our store to life on Instagram. You independently create engaging stories, reels, and posts that inspire our community. Trends in view: You have a sense for aesthetics, music trends, and creative visual language in the fashion and lifestyle sector. What you bring with you Fashion & Lifestyle Inspiration: You are passionate about fashion, trends, and love the boho-chic and linen look. Social Media Native: Instagram is your second home. You know how to film, edit, and provide appropriate captions for a mobile phone video aesthetically. Communication Talent: You enjoy approaching people, are extremely service-oriented, and speak fluent German (good English skills are a big plus in the heart of Luzern). Hands-on Mentality: You are flexible, reliable, and enjoy pitching in wherever needed in the dynamic everyday life of a boutique.
