Senior Business Analyst - Debt Collection

As part of the strengthening of our teams, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst capable of intervening in both business analysis aspects, functional documentation, and coordination between business teams, the IT department, and suppliers.

The solution supports complex business processes and is currently the subject of several initiatives aimed at resolving operational issues, clarifying business rules, and improving the alignment between business needs and the functionalities in place.

The consultant will actively participate in the analysis of the existing situation, the identification of bottlenecks, and the definition of necessary evolutions to guarantee the stability and efficiency of the platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing functional scope and identify gaps between the initial objectives and the current situation.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collect, formalize, and prioritize business needs.
• Identify and document business rules as well as associated operational processes.
• Perform impact analyses and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Produce requirement documents, analysis reports, functional mappings, and other Business Analysis deliverables.
• Ensure the follow-up and coordination of evolution requests with external suppliers.
• Participate in ticket tracking and progress management in Jira. Prepare functional test scenarios with business users.
• Perform the first functional validations before transmission for business acceptance testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to exchanges with the different stakeholders.

We are primarily looking for a business-oriented Senior Business Analyst profile, capable of understanding complex processes, challenging expressed needs, and producing quality documentation in a demanding and highly regulated environment.

Expected skills and experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in the collection and formalization of business requirements.
• Solid experience in modeling and documenting business processes.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and interact with interlocutors of different levels.
• Experience in writing requirement documents, functional analyses, and business documentation.
• Experience in functional testing, preparation of user acceptance testing (UAT), and anomaly tracking.
• Good mastery of Agile / Scrum environments.
• Use of collaborative tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
• Mastery of French in both written and oral forms.

Assets:

• Experience in the field of debt collection, receivables management, litigation, or debt.
• Knowledge of SAP or integrated ERP environments.
• IIBA / BABOK certification or equivalent experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in the public sector, finance, insurance, or any highly regulated environment.
