Your tasks The special thing about this position: You work across departments, contribute your own ideas and can significantly help shape and promote the further development of our processes, quality standards and safety culture and are a member of the management team. Leading the Management Systems and Quality Management teams Active shaping, developing and optimizing our integrated management system (IMS) Ensuring compliance with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as well as relevant legal requirements Coordinating and accompanying certifications, re-certifications as well as internal and external customer audits as a competent contact person Analyzing processes, identifying potential for improvement and implementing sustainable optimizations with the specialist departments Developing meaningful key figures and creating reports for the executive management Advising and training managers and employees in the areas of quality, environment, occupational safety and management systems Promoting the quality development of our suppliers in close cooperation with purchasing Responsibility for chemical management and compliance with relevant requirements Contact person for occupational safety (KOPAS) and acting as a safety officer (SiBe) Your profile Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, metal processing or a comparable education as well as several years of professional experience in quality, environmental and process management Sound knowledge of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ideally supplemented by auditor training and experience in audit management Practical experience in the metal processing industry as well as sound knowledge in process management, risk management, process analysis and continuous improvement (KVP) Strong project management, moderation and presentation skills as well as a confident manner when dealing with different stakeholders Analytical, structured and networked personality with high self-motivation, assertiveness and strong teamwork skills Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing as well as good Office 365 and SAP knowledge Our offer At Nova Swiss, you actively help shape the future.
