Your main task is to further develop the procurement organization, optimize interfaces, and safely lead the team through the digital transformation. • What does your leadership task look like? You lead around 25 specialists from the areas of strategy, operations, projects, and indirect procurement. You create clear structures and promote talents in a targeted manner. • What is the working environment like? Qualifications a profile • Higher technical or business administration education with a focus on Supply Chain Management or logistics. • At least five years of leadership experience in a senior procurement role within the manufacturing industry. • Strong technical understanding of mechanical as well as electronic components. • Pronounced transformation competence, analytical acuity, and negotiation skills. • Business fluent language skills in German and English.
