Fullstack Developer – AI & Digital Health - FR

As a Fullstack Developer (AI & Digital Health), you play a driving role in the digital transformation of our clinics. You design and develop innovative AI-assisted software solutions that improve the patient journey while relieving medical staff. You act as a technical bridge between medical requirements and cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that our digital health applications are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. Your field of activity Development & Solution Architecture: Design and implementation of scalable Fullstack web applications (Frontend & Backend) for clinical and administrative use. AI Integration: Development and integration of machine learning models, LLMs (Large Language Models), and deterministic AI services (explainable AI) into existing and new applications to support diagnostic or administrative processes. Data & Interfaces: Connecting applications to primary clinical systems (KIS/HIS/DPI) using modern interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and ensuring seamless data exchange. Security by Design: Guaranteeing the highest security standards and compliance with data protection (LPD/RGPD) when processing sensitive patient data, in close coordination with the Data Protection Officer. DevOps & Cloud: Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines as well as management of Cloud infrastructure for the operation of AI solutions. Prototyping: Rapid development of proofs of concept (PoC) to evaluate the potential of new AI technologies for daily clinical life and to make them tangible. Collaboration: Close cooperation with Data Scientists, physicians, and nursing staff in order to create user-centric solutions ("User Centricity"). Your profile Education: University degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable qualification with a strong focus on modern web technologies. Development skills: Extensive experience in modern Backend frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java) and Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), ideally on the Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker). Knowledge of Python is preferred due to the AI orientation. AI Expertise: Practical experience in integrating AI/ML components (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow) into productive software environments. Healthcare sector: Experience with healthcare industry standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM) is an advantage, but not mandatory if you are willing to be trained. Experience with "Software as Medical Device" and corresponding certification processes constitutes a major asset. Working method: An autonomous, agile (Scrum/Kanban), and solution-oriented way of working. You have a "Can-Do" mentality and enjoy solving complex problems through code. Personality: An innovative spirit coupled with a consciousness of quality. You know how to make technical subjects understandable for non-technical interlocutors. Languages: Native German with a fluent/negotiation level in French (or vice versa); good knowledge of English is required for collaboration within our regional linguistic teams. Tech-Stack: Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and version management (Git) are prerequisites.
