The Swiss company headquartered in Langenthal/BE employs around 400 employees, operates its own research and development center and other production plants abroad. For the further expansion of our customer activities, we are looking for a winning and technically savvy sales personality as Field of activity • You look after selected major customers at home and abroad, e.g., OEMs and general importers • You have the responsibility for the acquisition of new customers in the area of agricultural, forestry, municipal, and construction machinery • You plan and implement activities for the marketing of our products • You train our B-to-B customers and impart useful technical know-how for the application of our products • You participate in trade fairs Requirements • You have a commercial or technical basic training • Further education in business administration • Sales experience, preferably in Key Account Management of demanding brand products • Very good oral and written language skills in German and English, French is an advantage • You know the market and can convincingly, qualitatively, and sustainably expand the business thanks to your network • You are a dynamic sales and business personality with proven successes in new customer acquisition and market development • Good MS Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage Benefits of the position • A responsible and varied task with a lot of creative freedom • Flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths and a corporate culture that is equally human as well as performance-oriented • Contemporary employment conditions and a company car
