For our operation Tertianum Am Spisertor, we are looking for a Leader of Care and Support 80-100% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks • Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the care process • Further development of the care and support area for our nursing guests • Controlling of quality and productivity (bed occupancy, service recording in CareCoach) • Adherence to budget specifications and achievement of area targets • Organization and coordination of various stakeholder groups (relatives, general practitioners, other organizations and institutions as well as insurances) • Leadership of nursing staff • Recruitment and development process of employees • Close collaboration with management and active participation in the management team Your profile • Completed training as a diploma nurse FH/HF/DNII or a similarly recognized training by SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia is an advantage • At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as head of care and support or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader • Dynamic leadership personality • Secure communication in German, both written and spoken • A warm and humorous basic attitude • High empathy and special team skills Why Tertianum?
