What you bring with you ## • You have an HR specialist certificate (HR-Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification and bring around 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar environment. • You are a strong-implementation personality and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. • With high personal responsibility, pronounced communication strength, and commitment, you convince on all levels. • You appear confident, bring a healthy dose of humor, and know how to inspire people. • You speak fluent German, have very good MS Office skills, and feel confident even in occasional conversations in English or French. • A versatile range of tasks motivates you; you want to actively help shape things, take on responsibility, and make a sustainable impact. • It is an advantage if you have experience in the recruitment, development, and support of apprentices - ideally in a larger company. • You enjoy working with young people - and have the necessary steadfastness to act clearly, empathetically, and in a solution-oriented manner, even in sensitive conversations.
