Senior Glass Apparatus Maker / Deputy Head of Glass Production 80–100% (m/f/d)

Tasks: • Manufacture of demanding and complex glass apparatuses at the bench burner as well as at the rotary and rolling bench • Technical training, promotion and support of the apparatus glassblowers as well as the apprentices • Deputizing for the Head of Glass Production during his absence • Collaboration in development projects as well as introduction of new production technologies • Support in the manufacture of molds, tools and gauges • Collaboration in the continuous optimization of production processes • Manufacture of custom fabrications as well as serial productions Requirements: • Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of complex glass apparatuses • Joy in passing on specialist knowledge and promoting employees • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • High quality awareness as well as a reliable way of working • Team-oriented and responsible personality • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Good MS-Office skills as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems
