Permanent position / 100% rate / Based in Lausanne Missions: ### As a Recruiter, we entrust you with a dual responsibility allowing you to manage the complete life cycle of our candidates / employees *Responsibility Recruitment of hospital nursing staff for permanent positions:* Sourcing and candidate search: \- Identify and attract the best talents from the medical sector in Suisse romande via various sources: recruitment platforms, social networks, job boards, internal databases, etc. \- Develop and distribute recruitment advertisements. Candidate selection: \- Analyze applications and perform rigorous pre-selections based on recruitment criteria. \- Conduct interviews digitally and/or in person \- Take references \- Produce presentation summaries Recruitment process management: \- Follow and support candidates throughout the recruitment process: from the interview to the signing of the contract. *Responsibility temporary placement of hospital nursing staff* Management of temporary missions \- Process requests for temporary missions in hospital settings by positioning our pool of referenced candidates \- Manage any request from our client related to these temporary missions \- Ensure a high-quality relationship with our hospital client, in order to guarantee quality of care Candidate onboarding: \- Prepare and coordinate the integration of new employees in the hospital environment, ensuring that they are well informed of their missions and expectations.   Profile sought: ### • You enjoy at least proven experience in the recruitment of healthcare professionals • You are a French native speaker • You possess strong interpersonal skills and a network in Suisse romande • You are comfortable with IT tools, job boards, • AI and its integration into recruitment tools particularly interests you, • Finally, autonomous and proactive, you have a recognized team spirit We give you the opportunity to join an international network within a specialized agency in the medical sector active throughout Romandie.
