Tasks ## • As the case-responsible reference person, you ensure individual and person-centered care and support of the residents. • Depending on your level of knowledge, you independently take over tasks delegated by the department management, such as case discussions and supporting employees in challenging situations. • You contribute to the conceptual further development of the Pflegewohngruppen. • You represent the department management in their absence.
