Currently, we are looking for a Wood Construction Foreman 100% for our client. Your tasks: • Overall responsibility for one or more wood construction sites from preparation to acceptance • Responsibility for the timely, qualitatively flawless execution of the work • Close cooperation with the construction and project management as well as planning and coordination of assembly work • Leadership, deployment and resource planning of foremen, employees and trainees • Organization of construction site logistics and material disposition • Active participation in the optimization of construction and assembly processes • Monitoring of workplace safety and compliance with regulations Your profile: • Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ or equivalent professional qualification • Further training as a wood construction foreman with a federal certificate of competence or in training • Several years of professional experience in wood construction in a management position (preferably as a foreman) • Very good knowledge in reading and implementing CAD / workshop plans • Driver's license category B (forklift license an advantage) • Friendly demeanor as well as respectful interaction with colleagues, colleagues and customers Interested?
