Immediately, we are looking for a co-educator childcare, 85% at 5 days per week for our double after-school center in Ebmatingen with 38 childcare places. Under the leadership of the operations manager and in cooperation with a group leader and the support of a great team, you are jointly responsible for the loving care and promotion of the children. You find a good balance between free play and guided activities and shape a varied group daily routine based on the existing pedagogical concept. In doing so, the children with their needs are always at the center of your actions. You are a stable personality with a recognized pedagogical education and joy in pedagogical work. Good teamwork, reliability and a warm manner with the children characterize you.
