To complement our team, we are looking for a social worker to 100% ## Responsibilities ## • Support and counseling of adult residents of asylum accommodations in the canton of Schwyz • Potential assessment and allocation of the offers of the integration agenda with regard to social, school, and professional integration • Case management and correspondence in the case processing system • Social accompaniment and referral to the responsible contact persons • Creation of social welfare budgets • Ensuring the principle of subsidiarity (social insurance, subsidies, etc.) • Support with various administrative tasks and cooperation with other institutions • Contact person for external offices Profile ## • Completed training in social pedagogy / social work (HF / FH) / diploma as an educator (HF / FH) / Bachelor in Psychology or Bachelor in Sociology • Further training in case management and / or integration topics is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in social counseling • Good knowledge of social and asylum law, high intercultural sensitivity, and competence in dealing with vulnerable persons • Knowledge of integration offers in the canton of Schwyz is an advantage • Very good oral and written German language skills as well as good oral knowledge of another national language and / or English • IT skills, ideally with case management software Tutoris • Resilient personality, high sense of responsibility, and commitment - the person is at the center of your work • Confident appearance, strong in communication and building relationships For the area of responsibility entrusted to you, you work initiatively and comprehensively.
