Tasks ## \-Leading plasterers, drywall builders, and facade insulators \-Organizing and preparing construction sites \-Measuring work, tendering, compiling construction site files \-Settling construction sites \-Quality control on construction sites and monitoring deadlines \-Customer consulting for demanding customers Requirements ## \-Training as a plasterer, foreman, construction site manager, or polier \-In-depth professional experience & project management in the plastering, drywall, and facade sector \-Good German language skills in word and good knowledge in writing \-Driver's license category B \-Flexible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting \-Solid and comprehensive knowledge of measuring and tendering \-Assertiveness and negotiating skills \-You are able to lead and motivate employees \-Ideal age between 30 - 50 years Further Information ## Are you looking for a permanent challenge and want to get to know the work and environment perfectly?
