In this responsible leadership role, you will take over the management of a small team and steer international export processes across several locations. If you bring organizational talent, expertise in export matters, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation, a versatile task awaits you in an innovative and dynamic environment.   Team Lead Export & Administration (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Functional and personnel leadership of the Export & Administration team (3 employees) • Responsibility and further development of export processes for the locations Switzerland, Germany, France and India • Creation of calculations and support in the quotation phase • Coordination and monitoring of customer orders from order receipt to delivery • Planning and organization of international transports including creation of all relevant shipping and customs documents • Processing of letters of credit, bank guarantees as well as other instruments of payment security • Tariff classification of goods, determination of origin as well as calculation of preferential and non-preferential origins • Application and management of export licenses • Control and processing of commission statements • Responsibility for subject areas dangerous goods as well as "Known Consignor" Your Profile ### • Completed commercial training with further training in foreign trade (federal professional diploma) • Further training as a Foreign Trade Manager is an advantage • Several years of experience in the international export environment • Initial experience in the leadership of employees • Very good knowledge of export law and export control • Experience in the areas of dangerous goods and air freight security • Very good German and English skills, French skills are a plus • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems • Structured and solution-oriented way of working • High resilience, flexibility and enjoyment of change Our customer offers ### • A responsible and varied activity with international reference • Short decision-making paths and a collegial working environment • Flexible working time models • Support for professional further training • A motivated team with a modern corporate culture • Exciting projects in a technologically demanding environment Have we aroused your interest?
